My boss worked his entire labor day weekend away. Then on Tuesday when we had our team meeting and discussed the fact that I'm over worked and underpaid (3 of the 4 people on my team have quit in the last few months, leaving just me). His response was to cut me off and claim that he worked all weekend (he did, my mailbox is full of his emails) and that sometimes when the company needs us to step up, that we all have to sacrifice. Here's the thing though, my boss is on the board of directors, makes 300k+ a year. I make 65k a year. Logically, shouldn't he work 6 times harder than me anyway?
