Heart Attacks PTSD

I work at a hotel front desk. In the last month, I've staffed two separate heart attacks. The first, I was having a casual conversation with this couple. The wife and I were chatting about fashion. All of a sudden she goes, “CALL 911. My husband has heart problems!” I look over and the husband is wobbling all around. He made it to a couch or he could have cracked his brains open. The second, I was talking to a couple about their anniversary after their dinner. They go up the stairs to their room. All of a sudden I hear blood-curdling screaming and I do mean BLOOD-CURDLING. The guy passed out on the stairs for a good five minutes. Both guys lived but holy moly is it STRESSFUL. It has taken me some time to unwind.
