My boss just yelled at my coworker (senior coworker) in front of me and in front of his own (boss's) child (possibly the actual reason he's mad, needing to take him to work).
They got into a 10 minute yelling match.
I've never seen him yell like that (I've been here for over a year, my coworker said he hasn't yelled like this ever before) he was yelling at her about his own (boss's) mistakes, misunderstandings, and over expectations.
I froze because of PTSD, but now everyone is angry, hurt and upset. Speaking of firing everyone and quitting.
Not sure what to do.
I'm going to continue working, but the atmosphere is oppressive.
