Most of the time I end the day with more work than I started it with – despite getting done around half of everything I had at the start of the day. Sometimes its so much that I just start laughing.
Sometimes my boss then tells me that Im lazy. The same boss that was born rich – suceeded despite his incompetence that cost him 500 000+ Dollars in losses 2 times in the last 10 years – but because he has money he could easily stomach these losses and just continue.
The same boss that comes in at 10 AM and leaves at 5 PM – and in between he eats for like an hour and is 6-7x a year on vaccation.
Even the real bosses that worked their way up and make 50+ hours of overtime every month – will expect ridiculous amounts of work from you. And it just keeps getting more.
So much for increased productivity freeing us…
