Bullshit Firing Story

I worked for a very toxic company doing HR work and no matter how good of a job I did there was only bitching and complaining. My direct boss would bitch about how her brother committed suicide and the second in command would constantly show up late and would never help me with anything. I had to handle 100% of the hiring/recruiting process on top of the already endless HR duties. After 7 months with the company working 50-60 hours a week I finally decided to say fuck it and see other opportunities in my area. Fast forward to last Wednesday corporate comes for a visit. Me, my boss, VPO, and DHR go to the conference room and they fire me. When I asked on what grounds my boss snaps saying its because I was unfaithful to the company and because I didn't work hard enough. On Friday, the entire front office staff just walked out along with some of the other “Hateful Ungratefuls”(My boss's nickname for all of the employee's that aren't management.)

Now I am free to continue my job search in peace and quite with unemployment.
