Business lacks compliance, any advice?

I work for a small business (less than 20 employees), they've been around for 10 years at this point. I've been here for 2 months, I'm an admin assistant but I basically just do everyone's “i dont want to” work which im not a fan of since this isn't how the job was presented to me, and I have much more to offer than getting peoples lunches and running their errands. Turns out not only were they non compliant with OSHA standards, but they're currently not even compliant with the state labor board nor the DOL.

Any ideas on how to proceed besides obviously getting them up to compliance?
