She demands that I can't work multiple jobs, nor reject orders

For context I contracted with a restaurant to deliver their orders, when I don't have a order I work for the above company amd others such as uber. I asked them to reassign 2 orders they sent me without asking me if I wanted them when I received a notification from the new restaurant that they had a delivery for me

The owner contacted me with these messages and pulled me from the delivery rotation I signed up for because according do her I can't work for two companies nor can I reject orders after they are sent (not that they gave me a choice) I sent her message telling g her that is a violation of independent contractor law and her insistence on her position would open her and her company to legal action and she responds by doubling down on here position trying to state I can't reject orders and it's a work ethic issue not a contractor issue.

I included the messages I sent her in response and I will not respond to her anymore as I am seeking an attorney tomorrow to handle this

She violates independent contractor law and is also guilty of wage theft.
