Just here to vent… been going above and beyond in my current role (I work at a large tech company) and after my half-yearly review just now I feel totally deflated. It wasn’t even anything specific, just generally was told that I could be doing more. I’m so sensitive to reviews and rarely get negative ones so it just feels like a blow. Sigh. This corporate game is so fucking exhausting.
