I am a california employee and I left my company on 1/31, I had hours from the holiday season that had not been paid out and those hours got paid out after my “final paycheck” with my most recent pay periods hours, my accrued PTO and penalty pay. When I got the check for the missing hours from the holiday season about a week later there was no additional penalty pay applied, am I owed additional penalty pay?
