Instead of moving me to be full time, my job is just hiring more part time people

My company doesn't want to pay full time hours, benefits, etc. They just want to do the bare minimum and continue to be short staffed and message me asking if I'd like to cover. If you want me full time, give me benefits and pay me for it.
