I was on 48 hr weekend call in my previous position and I had it for a few years. I verbally negotiated that into my current supervisor role. Just after 7 months on the job they took that away saying it was against policy. One of my employees is applying for my old position and they told them that the 48 hr call is still in effect in my old position. I'm so pissed right now, I turned down an accepted position for my current role because they said “YES!” to my 48 hr weekend on call pay.
