I’ve been at the same employer for about 4 years, was promised the moon, produced like mad man but treated like dog excrement on the bottom of someone’s shoe. If I switch companies I would like to take as many of my clients that I can. Not sure if this makes a difference but I paid for most of the “leads” out of my own pocket which secured me most of my clients. Thanks!
