Every couple of months we connect with the managers about our concerns, strengths, weakenssses etc. for some reason this assignment never would show up in my work portal, we always had to do it some other way.
It wasn’t til a couple days ago my manager told me she found out the reason was because she forgot to change me from seasonal ( I began last year this time around ) to regular associate in the system . Because she just changed it in the system now, it automatically gave me a pay raise with a 70cent difference. (What regular associates make)
What should i do? Is there anything I can do?
I Can really use any money if I’m able to get compensated somehow for all this time I went without getting paid my corresponding position title pay.
Any advice is appreciated.
