Long story short, I’ve been at my current job for about 6 months. Things have been going fine for the most part aside from an incredibly infuriating coworker who has spent too much of her life here and is incredibly bitter. She has been asking coworkers (behind my back) about what I do at work, how I spend me time.. etc. she contacted the manager to send someone in to basically spy on me under the guise of doing computer repair. This is all something I found out through another coworker so she had no idea that I know. What can I do about this? It has made work a thousand times worse than it should be and I’m at a breaking point. We’re unionized and I’m wondering if this is something to bring to their attention? Any suggestions or ways to get back at her would be greatly appreciated.
