Can employers show other employees how much someone makes?

I’m not really sure where to post this, but I’ll try to be brief and not disclose as much as possible. I live in Florida and work in the same place with my gf. We work on commission and sometimes we’ll get cash incentives for certain sales opportunities. My gf has gotten a good amount of these incentives because she is good at her job. Recently though, there was a mixup and she was given money that wasn’t hers, and while everyone was trying to figure it out, our HR person showed someone how much of these incentives she’s received since we started working here. She’s now being harassed about the wrong amount (which she didn’t accept) and people are making slick comments about her. I can’t find any resources to see if it’s illegal for an employer to show employees other people’s pay and just wanted to see if…
