Is my employer allowed to take my overtime hours off my timesheet?

I worked overtime damn near everyday of the week but my manager went in to my timesheet and changed all the days I worked to an 8 hour shift so I can't get paid for overtime. Are they legally allowed to do this and can I do anything about it?
