Few months back I ruptured my achillies during a sports game. Not work related. I work construction so a part of my job is to use ladders, due to my injury I am unable to get on a ladder yet. My supervisor just informed me that they could let me go due to not being able to perform my work duties (being on a ladder). I guess my question is, can they let me go because of this? I’m in Colorado, USA
