Management at my current employer is trying to “get me” for “stealing time” because I am clocking in before I sit at my desk. We clock in thru a app and the app is known to be ahead of actual time behind of actual time and freeze, I have brought this to the attention of management multiple times and they have come back at me saying there are “no known issues”. There are no cameras here at my place of work but I’m being watched by the HR lady of when I clock in each morning, she said this morning I arrived and clocked in at 8:04 and sat in my vehicle and didn’t get to my desk until 8:06. I arrived at 8:04 walked in the door at 8:04 and clocked in at 8:04, it doesn’t take me 2 minutes to get from my vehicle to my desk and I never just sit in the parking lot knowing that I can’t clock in from there it would be a waste of my time.
