Can my job write me up/fire me for this

So I work an office job, and the past few months there hasn’t been anything/much to do on the weekends when I work. I work Friday to Monday, 10 hour shifts. My boss texted me on a day off that I need to come into the office from the 9th-21st instead of working from home because my productive utilization (meaning time worked on jobs) is the lowest on the team. I got told if it’s not fixed immediately I will get my final corrective action and this was 10 days before it all falls off. What do I do?
