Can my work fire me for not working a day that’s required but not paid?

I currently work for a large company in Texas that is shit hourly + commission. They require that we work a minimum of 4 hours on Saturday, even though we only get paid Mon-Fri. Is it legal to terminate me if I refuse to work for free Saturday?
