Can they just steal my money??

I work as an LPN and currently drafting an irate email but I’m not sure what it will help since the schedulers and DON seem to be on the same side but here’s the situation Last month, on a Friday I texted the scheduler to ask if there was any need for me to pick up shifts on the weekend. She said no, but to text the nursing supervisors day of if there were any call outs. I did, and was told there was definitely space for me, and so I did 11-7 Saturday and a double Sunday. Incentive was offered for all three shifts so I assumed I would be getting it. Never showed up on my check. Last month, on a Friday I texted the scheduler to ask if there was any need for me to pick up shifts on the weekend. She said no, but to text the nursing supervisors day of if there were any call outs. I did, and was told there was definitely space for me, and so I did 11-7 Saturday and a double Sunday. Incentive was offered for all three shifts so I assumed I would be getting it. Never showed up on my check. Also got yelled at by the scheduler who said “we didn’t need you over the weekend, why don’t you come in some time we want you to?” I said the supervisor told me there was a need, so I worked three shifts for them, and I did offer to go home if there was too much staff but was told that was not an issue and therefore did not have permission to leave.

They are now informing me that because the supervisor they told me to ask was the one who let me come in, and not the scheduler specifically, that I’m not getting the incentive. This has never once been an issue and I think they’re just having a power trip. They tried to tell me “we asked you to come in and you said NO and then came in anyway and there was too many nurses on that unit” which is all completely false! I’m pretty confident I wasn’t even on that certain unit, and to prove it I wanted to look back on pointclickcare on those days and see what floor I was signing out meds on. But since it’s been over a month now that we’ve been fighting about this, the dates are greyed out and I can’t view it. Anyone know of a way to see farther back?? If not, anyone know of a way to demand my several hundred dollars of bonuses that they’ve just decided not to give me because they were pissy?? I asked them to send me any official policy relating to this and they’re ignoring that message, but this total ungratefulness for me working 24hrs for them under the rightful assumption that I was getting a whole car payment worth of needed money is mindblowing

Sorry about jumbled post. I’m mad lol
