Like we all just stop working and then

What are considered materially adverse actions? Can an employer who denied you the review of the union agreement be considered materially adverse actions? Does it only pertain to future job prospects or can it include income loss due to old job? Does anyone have any related literature?
I’m calling off and my boss is expecting the results within the hour. I’m sooo over working there and I’m 99% sure I’m not going back. Pay is shit and they have a mean girls group at work I’m not putting up with anymore. If anyone could help me or PM a picture of one that would be so helpful. Thank you a million.
I am approaching my one year mark with the company that I am working for. Toward the end of last year, i was sat down with my boss and co worker (trainer) and they explained to me about the promotion me to what my trainer is doing now. Training started first week of January and I am expected to be fully trained by end of March. Training has been going on fine as I asked my co worker how have I been doing and she said I'm doing great. 2 days ago was my performance review and in that review my bosses asked me if they had anything for me to say “any advice you would like to tell us” and I just said the simple, “praise in public , correct in private” my bosses did not like thar because then one of my bosses went all in on me…
Beyond GDP initiative
Yes, people have to accept that just few corporates making billions and millions of working class people struggling is not how it should be. https://ec.europa.eu/environment/beyond_gdp/index_en.html
How to make the best of quitting?

It's so bad I'm wondering if I have a civil case of harassment. Work constantly calls me to pick up shifts, even during times when I'm already working my contracted amount. I am consistently telling them no and to stop calling me. They never listen, though, and continue to call. I'm making it very clear they need to stop calling me. I live and work in Connecticut. I'm wondering if I have a legal case of harassment on my hands?
