I just saw a job on Indeed that has the job title as Delivery Representative. This is for a truck driving job. This is one of those jobs that is continuopusly listed. The reviews of the company are not that positive, which I assume, impacts the number of applicants. So now, they have determined that making the job title sound more important that people will overwhelm their inbox with applications.

The way he was asking it was bizarre, as if it was a good thing to have more clients. I’m literally already at capacity and why in the hell would I want to take on more work?

So I’m quitting my job, in my head today was my last day as I have orientation for the new job in a few days. My current manager doesn’t know. When I first started this job it was great but then they got new managers and they’re running it into the ground. I’m burning out from all the extra work I’ve had due to many others quitting so 2 weeks ago I decided I was done and applied to other jobs. I landed a new one pretty quick with a better schedule, better pay and overall better work. I just got out of work and am currently sitting in my car writing this.
