I'm not a data scientist. I'm a financial analyst that can mine my own data purely because I'm self taught out of absolute necessity (my company needs qualified data people, and I have tight deadlines, and I'm a nerd). The problem with that is once people see that ability in you they take advantage of you. So, I'm always slammed with data requests from all over the place that have nothing to do with my actual job. So, I spend ridiculous hours building tableau, power bi, and Dax queries to make other people's jobs easy (after work hours, often). Well, not sure what came over me yesterday. But, gave the “you'll need to send this request to IT” and “Jane in Department A should be able to help you with this” reply yesterday to not one, but TWO WHOLE FUZUCKING REQUESTS!! On Tuesday I had to leave work 3 hours early because I was feeling unwell . I had a sore throat and just felt crap and kept having moments of feeling sick , I didn’t wanna throw up in front of everyone. Plus I have to get the bus back from work and it’s freezing standing at the bus stop so I thought it’s best I leave early and not put up feeling like crap . Once I got home I felt worse . Hi looking to find some sources of what a fair CEO pay ratio benchmark would be. E.g. “a company may be considered to be giving equitable pay if the CEO's pay does not exceed 10x that of the median worker's”. Any help is appreciated

Today, I got word from a coworker that a person in management is spreading lies about me at work to other people in management. This is not the first time that this person has been completely disrespectful and unprofessional towards me. UNPROVOKED This person told a supervisor that I, “hates women and is terrible to work with.” And went on to speaking poorly about my parent who is a former employee of the same company. I never had any issues with anyone in management until after my parent began having problems at work. Now I believe the company is treating me like shit because they dont like parent. Is this slander? I have no history with HR and no complaints about me at all. I work along side women everyday and feel everyone in my place of work loves working with me.
