Capitalists always act like you’re being lazy if you’re not starting a business and that there’s no excuse for not being financially independent.

Anybody who thinks healthcare should be tied to employment genuinely wants the worst for the economy and for people. I need healthcare asap in order to work and be productive but our system is ruining my ability to work, be productive, and to live. That’s it.
my boss tested positive for covid
2 days ago my fast food job was SUUUPER understaffed. I'm talked 2 people in service and a packed restaurant. My manager shared on Facebook that he tested positive for covid the day after. The store manager or store owner didn't even bother to tell anyone that was in close proximity to him all day long . As a concerned employee, I want to bring it up. I feel that my managers have a moral obligation to inform me that I was exposed to covid (or any illness really). How can I bring this up? I am autistic and overall a very anxious person and I'm having trouble coming up with a script. Any advice helps.
My toxic work story
So this happened in 2021 while I was working at a arts and crafts store. For context I was 17 at the time. My grandmother had been going through a divorce at the time and was alone for the first time in her entire life. She understandably was having a hard time and tried to unalive herself. I was at work when I found out. Me and my grandma had always been close so when I found out I had to leave. My GM wasn’t there so I went to the assistant manager to tell her the situation and she let me go home. Everything was good until I came in the next day. My GM decided it was appropriate the call me out in front of all my coworkers. Here’s how the interaction went down. GM: “OP I see that you left yesterday, do you really think that was…
So not too long ago my wife called me saying she had fallen in the tub. Now for reference she already has a bad back and the doctors can't find out why. I told boss I had to go and immediately asked when I'd be back. Like dude… Wife's hurt. Be happy if I'll be back tomorrow. Well about an hour later I get a text saying he wants a doctor's note, from her. It's already intrusive to ask about notes from us but I quit on the spot when he asked that. Who the fuck asks for a doctor's note for someone other than their own employee???!!! This shit has got to stop. I'm sorry guys just my rant but this had me seeing red
addressing some serious issues
So I'm having a work meeting this Saturday and I want to address a few things that I think are fundamental problems. There used to be a paper about sexual harassment posted in the kitchen, with some numbers to call and tips on how to behave. They decided to cover that with a list of things to do when we are slow. My point is that I think we need to be more vocal about resources for people who need them, and I feel like management is hiding those resources to protect certain people. How can I address this? And what additional resources should we have posted at my work? I want to stir the pot, and I want to open a discourse about the way we are getting shit on. At this point I'm not even worried about losing my job, I just want to make sure they know…
