Just got out the interview. The pay is $3.50 per order I take. And while outside the store the pay is $4 an hour and while inside the pay is $8. They say I can make up to 25 an hour plus tips but IDK if this is worth it.
So I need some insight what to do. We get 24 hours a year of sick pay and I have been feeling under the weather. I have used the 3 days consecutively. I emailed my employer today letting them know. I let them know I was going to be using the days. They started mentioning a doctors note and I told them I was feeling under the weather and did not need medical attention. Legally can they request a note from me?
Possible Options?
Where to start? I work for a tech-based company (medical field and fairly new). We're in series F funding I believe, something like 1400 employees total. We had inappropriate layoffs in July, and everything has been spiraling since then. A high up employee was recently fired for fraud and we've lost some business from it, our sales team has been hemorrhaged more and more through upper management's lies and constant changing of what our company can offer and changes with commission and pretty much everything. There are about 7 operations team leads who were told in writing that they would continue to be remote and they can move far from their headquarters (and they needed to due to not getting paid enough for the housing costs of the area), now suddenly they're being told they have to come back in starting March. Just a few recent examples of grievances. I…
“Sorry for the delayed response. I spoke with – and she explained that – has a discretionary matching contribution program in place that gets reviewed and decided upon at the closing of the plan year. Anyone who contributed into their 401k during the plan year, would be eligible. The employee doesn't have to currently be contributing when the matching contribution is announced, but they do have to have made contributions during the plan year the matching contribution is related to. If/when a discretionary matching contribution is made, it gets announced to employees in advance of it happening. – confirmed that the last time one was done was for the plan year 2019. I know it's being reviewed now for the 2022 plan year and if one is to be made, I will send out an email informing evervone.”
Is there anything i should look out for before i try to wipe it and use it for my own
Corporate Solution To Not Liking Work.
Saw a post about average income for Americans. I think it's important to know how much you can be making. I make $130K as an audit manager for a small firm in California. I asked for $130K because that's what I heard my peers are making. My boss told me Robert Half's data showing going rate is $110K.
So I recently took a test at my work to get into a different program within. (This test was taken through the college connected) I passed above average in everything except one subject, but my issue with this is that I scored the same as someone else who is actively in our pool. No one else has passed since. I wanted to confirm that my test scores were accurate through the college and this was the email I received. Hello, Unfortunately, we are unable to release scores directly to the candidate. The employer has paid for the test results and therefore owns them. It is up to each employer to determine how (or if) they share the results with the candidate. Have you contacted the employer to ask for your scores? I've actually never heard of this which is why I wanted to throw it on here for you all.…
