I work for blank Credit Union in Colorado Springs. We’re the red logo credit union. Just look at all credit unions in Colorado and look for it. Our company is about to cross the $10 Billion dollar mark. Meaning they’re cutting costs. They cut out benefits and they cost more now. They reprimand us for overtime yet they told us they would fire us if deny new bank accounts close to closing, meaning we are being forced to stay past our closing times, meaning we incur overtime. They cut Christmas bonuses. They are forcing us to sell credit cards that’s are inherently misleading to the buyer, yet I’d we don’t produce, they will fire us. They’re firing people for minor mistakes, and leaving those branches understaffed, almost as if it’s to cut labor costs. They’re not even hiring for promotions anymore. They force us to do jobs we don’t have…

For 7 years, including to my interview, I have worn the same exact pair of pants every day. Not as in only this pair unwashedly. But I have bought this same pant in rotation over and over and it's all I wear. Its never been an issue. They're completely opaque, plain black, stretchy, high waisted and not wildly tight. My shirt also complety covers my butt. I have alot of health problems. Including with my vagina, bowels, intestines, liver, kidneys, stomach, spine, bladder and the area that formerly housed my reproductive organs (I had a hysterectomy a few months ago which caused complications). So I do have Dr documentation stating I can only wear stretchy pants due to this. I walked in at 9:31. At 9:33 i was pulled into the office. They said I had to go home and change into jeans as we can ONLY wear jeans -…
Hello, I live in California and just started a new job making $30 an hour. I received my first paycheck and I’m not joking, they deducted $571 dollars for two weeks and 80 hours. I’ve worked hard for this money and am saddened that I’m being taxed so much. I am single, no kids and a full time student. Also, my healthcare cost per paycheck is about $10 for vision and dental. What can I do to fix this?
I think I’m on my way out after today
So I work at a garage and today I found out that money has been not adding up according to the number of basic services I'm doing during my shift.it's consistently 28.50 or lower they didn't tell me for two weeks and today asked me to account for it I told them when I've done my end of shift stuff all my numbers added up etc and stood behind that. I'm just frustrated there are telling me after two weeks and not the first day they noticed we have no manager and the owners live states away so I'm thinking something got lost in translation between there records and the stores. I have an interview at another garage tommorow because I'm frankly afraid I'm gonna get fired over it so
Zero Salary
I need to vent because I'm still triggered. Last Friday, my direct report told me she is missing 3.07 of accrued hours of pto. She had 18.45 hours and needs 3.07 added. I have her log into the HRIS system and show me the discrepancy. I validate she's missing the hours and advise her to reach out to payroll to have this corrected. I message her today to see if she got a response. We hop on a Slack huddle and she shows me the email from Payroll which is that she actually has 13.93 hours not 18.45 hours, gives her an excel sheet that is manually tracked and corrects her time in the system. I'm like, what? How do we go from 18.45 to 13.93 when we're asking about 3.07 that wasn't accrued. I have her forward the spreadsheet to me and she shares her screen so we can…
