They sit there clicking keys on a keyboard doing nothing all day, meanwhile I’m working my ass off moving shit from the warehouse into trucks. Manager always talking down to me while I make 15 bucks an hour working weekend shifts
I'm currently working for a small restaurant (USA/MN) and one of my coworkers, who may or may not be a naturalized citizen, has been working 8-10 hour days, seven days a week for a couple months now. I know the business owner has been paying some employees cash and not reporting it. Is it possible to help this employee without jepordizing their safety while also getting the business owner to face some accountability?

Our store go a new manager hired from outside the company. They have been terrible to the workers, making orders for some people to work alone on a big task which led to injury, they consistently bully multiple workers and make a very inconsistent schedule favouring some workers over others where one person gets 40hours a week and the rest are surviving on less than 15hours. Work morale at an all time low, store is in the worst condition ive ever seen and to any voiced concernes they reply with “i dont care im the manager!”. Im at a supervisor position and truly worry about about my coworkers it saddens me greatly hearing about the misstretment they experience with this manager. My first time finding courage and that i owe my coworkers to at least try and defend them, im looking for any help and suggestions on what is the…
