I am a boss. I read through this forum at least every other day to stay in touch and help me be a better leader, advocate, co-worker and human being. Thanks for helping some of us stay in touch with what matters. A lot of this place may seem like venting, complaining and griping at the man/system but I see most of it as advocating for your individual rights and expressing desperation for a fairer system of distribution of resources. Keep on. This place matters. P.S. If you're in a position where you hate your boss, maybe it's them, maybe it's you. Either way I am happy to receive your insults if it helps you vent frustration.
