We started transitioning back into the office. It’s only 1 day a week, but I’ve been going in 2-3 because I need to have a separate work space other than my house. Not sure if this is the right sub to vent on, but i am getting pretty exacerbated with the increase and audacity of hiring managers to just ghost prospective employees, especially after multiple interviews or communication correspondence. It's absolutely ridiculous that people with “human” in their job title can't communicate effectively.
He was denied assistance from the foodbank as he “Earns too much”. He's on minimum wage. I hate this system, I hate that I'm part of it. I want the best conditions for my staff and a comfortable lifestyle for them. Just not in the position to get it for them… its soul destroying
