US job has no handicap parking. I need it due to a hamstring surgery and have a temp handicap permit. I sent an email to HR and the GM and no response. Gm came to my desk and said they would correct the problem and get me a parking spot. No email response and no word for two weeks. I have to street park like most employees…. 1-2-3 blocks away. I thought there’s a law in the US for businesses to have handicap parking.

I told my dad, who is a medium- large business owner, that I’m sending a mass email to my station. In the email it includes: •position responsibilities and issues •respect from managers •suggestions for new systems and advice •my opinion and thoughts on the time I’ve been there •expressed extreme gratitude for everyone who was helpful and kind to me • ended it with a direct message to two people. I work for a call center( health insurance ) and on Tuesday we had over 10000 calls .. usually we take the calls as they come in but due to high call volume we decided to take a callback list of members and we advised we will be reaching out within 48 hours . However we are still busy today and when I asked my supervisor if the members already received a call back he stated no due to us being busy still ? Can I report this to someone ? these ppl need assistance with medications transportation doctor visits etc ..
My current position requires a 4 weeks notice, which I submitted on 12/22/22. I work in health care and at this position for a year and 5 months, which I felt was an adequate amount of time especially with such low pay compared to other health systems in my area. Upon turning in my notice, I was brought into an office and yelled at, I was told I was ungrateful for giving up all the “opportunities” that they apparently supplied me. I work at a university, and for 9 months I've been working for a professor running a research project. In that time, I've seen 9 coworkers leave our small group on bad terms, each citing the professor as being a nightmare. It's been hell. My strongest co-admin left after being humiliated to tears in a meeting, our best RA rage quit after prof berated them for not working overtime, and all that got me looking to transfer to another university department. Today was my last day, because tomorrow I took a personal day in which I am technically still employed, till tomorrow. I hate working, until today I had a fairly decent paying job (much hiring that the UK average) but I am miserable working. I honestly just don't care about work. Someone asks me to do something be it a customer, manager, anyone, it goes to the bottom of my ever growing to do list and only gets done if it gets moaned about.
