Title says most of it I've been wanting to move on for a while. I'm lucky to have been able to take a week off paid. As I think about returning to work tomorrow I'm dreading it. Especially with the end of year review where I got roasted for some total bullshit. I'm really done and burned out. In the past few days, I've seen multiple stories of deaths and life threatening injuries on the job.
