I understand how bad capitalism has f**cked the US. The rich get richer and poor get poorer. Work longer hours for less money… I just really, really hope you guys get out and vote. I know, Democrats have elites too, but it is when Republicans win that things go sideways. Tax cuts for the rich could have been avoided if Republicans didn't have the senate during Trump. PLEASE VOTE. I'm 50, and I got lucky- I don't have to deal with the shit job market, and mountains of debt. But I still vote. Every. Damn. Election. It matters.

Say you are entry in the field and have like six months experience, you would like another position but you don't have much experience. Is it worth it to pay someone like on fiverrr to fix my resume?

Although I couldn't just call in and say im taking off for my mental health, i have to fucking lie and say im sick. For context, i work at a pizza place, and today tends to be the busiest and shittiest day of the year, and i have worked nonstop for a week and some change and yesterday did 9 hours because manager wanted all dishes done before leaving (the sink was stacked to the brim, usually aloud to leave a little but yesterday was different) and i could think of a few things I'd rather do than drag my ass into work for minimum to get treated badly by drunken new years idiots. Back in August my wifes old boss asked her to come back to work for him and promised a $5k bonus at the end of the year if she did. The only reason we decided it was a good idea to go back was we have been saving for a house and the money would put us over the top for what we need for a downpayment.
