I work at a call center so pretty much anyone can do the job. I am the person responsible for interviewing and hiring. My boss has had conversations with me implying that he doesn't want anyone older to work for us. Some of the things he has said have left me in shock because I feel my job is on the line if I don't do what he says. I honestly want to fuck him over and I just don't know the best route.
