Changing job to a better paid ended up badly for me

Just want to share my story because I can't share this elsewhere and maybe later I can look at this and think how much better things are. Half a year ago I changed jobs to a better paying one in IT which was all new for me. The one who hired me was a CEO and knew very well my area of expertise and interviewed me multiple times. I was not going to do coding. I was clear of my work experience and what parts are completely new things for me about this job. And all was good. Fast forward to this moment I'm being socially undermined by the boss to the rest of the team, told that I ask naïve questions, that my ideas are years too late to be good and generally being a trash can for the boss who apparently is a master of all the possible…

Half a year ago I changed jobs to a better paying one in IT which was all new for me. The one who hired me was a CEO and knew very well my area of expertise and interviewed me multiple times. I was not going to do coding. I was clear of my work experience and what parts are completely new things for me about this job. And all was good.

Fast forward to this moment I'm being socially undermined by the boss to the rest of the team, told that I ask naïve questions, that my ideas are years too late to be good and generally being a trash can for the boss who apparently is a master of all the possible areas of expertise of the world. And who hates documentation.

Now I'm simply keeping my head down, trying to shield the pieces of my self-esteem and waiting for the final note. I have an inkling it's not far away as I don't get included to anything new anymore. Stress makes me sick every day of every week and I wonder how I can achieve a stoic approach to the whole mess?

I would love everyone to be kinder to your new team members and respect the knowhow in different fields of work rather than dismissing their knowledge and experience because you “know how to code and people a lot”.

TLDR; Changed jobs for better paying one, which was worse than anything previously. Be kind to other people, please.
