So I just turn 18 a week ago, but for the past 6 months my job been violating laboring laws for minors, example will be working 10 hours shift on sunday then school the next day. I live in Delaware and it required for minors to have 30 min break after 5 hour but my job don't do. I need advice for any legal action, and it is worth the trouble?
