Cleaning Personnel begging at work, AITA?

I am not sure if this belongs here, so mods please remove if it doesn't. This is a rant you have been warned. I went to a McDonald's bathroom in Germany today and upon having to go to the bathroom immediately noticed a cleaning lady standing at a table right in front of the bathrooms entranxe. Now it was me who somewhat harshly reminded the lady to PLEASE do her actual job. She did, begrudgingly.

I honestly don't know what to make of this.

I know cleaning personnel is literally treated like shit in most places. However, so was I when I served in the Army. No excuse to not do your job. I know I probably got paid much better, but I still feel there is something like work ethic.

Why pretend to be salaried cleaning personnel if you're begging anyways?

What do you think AITA here?
