I work in healthcare, a meeting went over and this co-worker said, sorry to take so much time. I said, no problem I'm here for 8 hours regardless whatever we have to do (probably shouldn't of said that but whatever). She then said, oh thats right, you don't want to put in extra initiatve and stay late, you millenial. I said, yup, I don't want to work longer than I'm paid, plus I'm able to do my work in time. It's just frustrating to me to have these conversations again and again.
