Some background:
This year we've gone through multiple audits and currently have an accounting firm basically running our finance department for the last few months now. They are overhauling everything that the company has done for the last 15 years.
A few weeks ago it was announced our boss will be seeking a new opportunity and leaving the company. He either decided to finally quit with all that's been going on or was forced out.
Today I noticed that his job and my co-worker's jobs are both posted as job openings.
Do I mention it to her? Does she already know and is leaving too? We feel like we've been in the dark with everything going on. Do I just ignore it?
