It’s my period today and I’m extremely heavy and I have a huge feeling my co workers are gonna come at me if I’m anywhere not near the front of the shop for 1minute.
They were making up lies to my boss saying I’m skiving during my toilet breaks (which I’m not) I get very bad bloating at work that can turn into painful stomach aches so I need to go to the toilet a lot more than usual. They said the times I take my toilet breaks is suspicious (towards the last 5 minutes of my shift) but that is when the front is quiet and we have no patients / customers ?? So of course it’s better to take it then
I don’t even get a signal on my phone in the toilet
I also want to let everyone know , I’m being treated like this whilst being paid below min wage (whilst my co workers aren’t ) LOL
I’m not the one to play the disability card , but I have a feeling my co workers are exaggerating / telling these lies ab me because I’m on the spectrum. They are extremely passive aggressive towards me ab other things too
They don’t know I’m on the spectrum, but they dislike me for my traits that come from the autism
. For example , when they’re talking amongst each other , I don’t engage . I’m just silent in the background , I know this can upset NTs. I also speak in a weird voice and avoid eye contact
