I read an article about an HR manager who does a “coffee test”. When he shows the applicant around he will take them to the kitchen and offer them a drink or cup of coffee. Then at the end of the interview, if the applicant doesn't try to take the empty cup back to the kitchen he doesn't hire them. Thoughts on things like that?
