Coming to terms.

Tractor Supply Company is a shit corporation, as any corporation today. They made around 24Billion in profit in 2 years. 2020-2022. Those some bastards cut employe benefits and cut hourly starting pay from $13 to $11.75 at the local store. A local mom of three works there, and she was a Team Member until being promoted to a Team Lead, which has a slightly higher pay for much more work. A local mom of three works there, and she was a Team Member until being promoted to a Team Lead, which has a slightly higher pay for much more work. The Corporate decided that she wouldn't be paid the full hourly amount until after 3 months of training. After 3 months goes around, she still hasn't made that promised hourly wage due to issues with paperwork. She is now making that promised amount, yet it should not have taken that long. She stress a lot about being able to keep the bills and provide.

TSC has around 23,000 employes, TSC could give each employee a huge yearly bonus, least say $10,000 to all 23,000 employes for breaking record profits. (For both years mind you, 10Billion was the first, and 14Billion was the second, also conveniently made 4Billion more during record high inflation….)

That 230million given back to employees would be nothing to a company that made 24Billion in profit.
Wake up.
