Wages up to $16hr, need to be available for 8-10 hour days (AKA bleeding into 10-11 hour days most of the time). It’s downright laughable at this point. Guess what? You get all the overtime you want! So instead of paying me a livable wage, I should just work 12 hours a day to get that sweet sweet OT and make a barley livable wage?
