Companies Not Posting Salary Despite Law

I live in California and there's a new law that went into effect at the beginning of this year requiring companies to disclose salary on job postings. I've noticed two things: 1. Most companies just outright not complying, especially the large corporations. 2. Companies posting ridiculously wide salary ranges like $60,000-$200,000. I have reported some of these companies to the Labor Commissioner's Office, but it seems some companies have realized even with the $100-$10,000 fine, it's still not worth it for them to post salaries especially since it will likely influence salary negotiations for similar positions in different states. What can we do about this?
