So this is me just a bit ranting just to let loose as well to hear other people's opinions.
I have applied for a position of Intership 3d artist at one company that is stated it is amazing to work for them. On the requirements it is stated they are looking for 3d modeling skill and after the interview I stated that I am into that because they are looking for someone with those skills. All my portfolio covered that as well. After a couple of days I get the test, and what would you know the test in question is doing animation for commercial. The model is provided and I have to do the render and animation which never was in focus of the requirements.
Any suggestions on what to do? I had really high hopes and was looking forward to ace it now I am so bummed out…
Did anyone have similar experiences with tests?
