Am i the only one who thinks that when a company settles out of court and doesn't have to admit guilt is a crock?
Companies constantly use, abuse, sicken, endanger and even kill people and get away with it by throwing $$$$$ around.
The settlement is always confidential too and thay way they can keep on doing it.
This is something that has always annoyed me.
