Companies will never care about you unless your under them like a submissive they want you to be. And even then they don’t care.

Tell me what's in it for me for coming in? What's my benefit? What can coming in give me that staying remote can't? If I'm doing my job well and getting things done then what's the problem? If they don't want to see me or help me become a better asset to them just because of where I work from thats on them for not being progressive enough. Old age isn't just the only thing that dies, it's old ways as well.
