Company asked me to consider a pay cut to come work for them because “they’re a family and I would love it there”

I just had an 1 hour+ zoom interview with a company that seemed to go very well, I could tell they liked me a lot and I am more than qualified for the job. I am currently employed in a similar position and at the end of the interview they asked what my salary is. I told them the truth (never tell the truth, I know), and they said that I am way overpaid for my position at my current company, and I should still consider working for them (despite them being able to offer 10K less than what I’m currently making) because they’re a family, and I would love to work for in such a great team. PS: I’m a woman under 30 and they asked me if I was planning on having kids. They added “it wouldn’t disqualify you but it would be better if you didn’t want any kids as everyone seems to be going on maternity leave these days”
