Recently the company I work for had a … to put it simply.. a hostile takeover. One day it was one management and the next it was another. They came in with their own security ,quickly covered cameras, told anyone who didn’t want to be a part of it they can leave. Assured that Employees will keep their jobs and throwing money/raises at them to stay during this mess. I needed a paycheck so I stayed on. The previous management, wasn’t great either so I decided to stay and help because … I need a paycheck and there was no warning this was going to happen so none of us had anything lined up. Biggest mistake. It’s stressful everything is changing and being micromanaged every second. I have given everything I can to help new management… got accused of being untrustworthy and that I am working for the other side, to help their incoming court case. I just want to quit so bad. I don’t want to/nor never tried to get involved in business politics… but they jumped to conclusions before i could even say anything. I just want to work for to pay my bills… What’s so difficult about that.
