Company screwed up and didn’t pay me my pto. They said they won’t be able to pay me until next Friday. Is it a good idea to not show up to work until I get paid?

They straight up do not care. I have my CDL so I can have a job by end of day tomorrow. I’m one of two people that do my job. The other guy covers my days off. So my role is kind of important. Me not showing up will definitely piss them off if nothing else. Is them screwing up like this something I can get them in trouble for? Also, if they try writing me up, what happens if I don’t sign it?
